Takuto Izumi is a celebrated high school soccer star and idol among his peers, yet beneath this polished exterior lies a profound emotional detachment rooted in childhood trauma. After witnessing his mother murder his father and suffering severe abuse himself, he learned to trust no one and reject all forms of affection. Determined to escape his past, he left his adoptive family at the earliest opportunity to live independently. However, his carefully constructed isolation shatters during a chance encounter on a rainy day when he impulsively assists an intoxicated stranger. That stranger turns out to be renowned pop idol Nanjou Kouji, who subsequently develops an intense fascination with Izumi. What begins as mere interest quickly escalates into an all-consuming obsession that irrevocably alters the course of Takuto’s life.
