At the prestigious Rikkyouin High School, the upcoming Student Council members are selected annually through a lottery. On his very first day, Chihiro Enomoto draws the winning ticket for council president, while his childhood friend Tokino Akiyama is chosen as vice president. However, taking office comes with a severe condition: both must complete a one-year apprenticeship supervised by the incumbent council. Even the slightest failure to carry out their assigned duties will lead to immediate expulsion from the academy.
