King Golf

At Teirin High School, the student body is sharply divided between delinquent gangs and elite athletes. Sousuke Youki, known as "the Predator," reigns supreme as an undefeated fighter. One morning, after concluding a brawl, he is brushed off by Kazumi, a prodigious amateur golfer, who ignores him completely. Enraged by this slight, Sousuke sets out to exact revenge, but his plans take an unexpected turn when a rough-edged golf coach draws him into the sport. Now, this former delinquent must navigate the world of golf to challenge established legends and strive for the title of "King of Golf." The series was honored with the 56th Shogakukan Manga Award in the shonen category in January 2010.
