Brave Story

After his father abandons their family and his mother suddenly falls ill and is hospitalized, eleven-year-old Wataru resolves to take control of his own destiny. Guided by a gateway revealed to him by his friend Mitsuru, he steps into a fantastical world teeming with magic and monsters. To alter his tragic circumstances, Wataru must muster all of his bravery and set out on an extraordinary quest alongside a group of companions, seeking an audience with the Goddess of Destiny to right the errors of his fate.
