BLOOD-C

Saya Kisaragi is a cheerful high school student enjoying a quiet, peaceful life in a small town alongside her close friends: Yuka, the twin sisters Nono and Nene, and their class representative, who appears to have feelings for her. She also finds herself drawn to Tokizane, a quiet, late-arriving loner at school. Living with her widowed father, Saya frequently dines next door at the Guimauve café, managed by Fumito, a skilled chef and close family friend. Beneath the surface of this idyllic daily routine lies a dangerous double life: Saya covertly wields a mystical blade to protect her community against the "Old Ones," man-eating monsters that threaten the town. Recently, however, Saya has begun to suspect that the truth surrounding these monstrous attacks runs far deeper than she ever realized.
