Kotaro, a typical high school boy, is thrust into an unexpected adventure when Misha, a cheerful and mischievous apprentice angel, suddenly appears at his doorstep. As they form an unlikely friendship, they are joined by Takashi and Koboshi, Kotaro's school friends, and Shia, a self-proclaimed devil who surprisingly proves to be more helpful than harmful.
