Sanako and Kawakubo-kun, once enemies, have become inseparable after the events of "Nemuranai Machi Kara". However, Kawakubo-kun's life is now fraught with difficulties, bearing burdens that threaten to drive them apart. As adults' problems loom over them, the two children decide to take matters into their own hands and embark on a private adventure, determined to stay together despite the challenges that stand in their way.
