Hatsunejima is a town where cherry blossoms bloom year-round and are said to grant genuine wishes. However, the island is also shrouded in mystery. Among the island's residents is Junichi Asakura, a student at Kazami Academy, who possesses the ability to see people's dreams. He can also create sweets out of thin air. Junichi keeps his supernatural powers a secret, even from his classmates, including his sister Nemu. His peaceful school life is disrupted when his childhood friend Sakura Yoshino returns from America after a six-year absence, seeking to fulfill promises they made to each other. Little do the people of Hatsunejima know, Sakura's return is about to change their lives in unexpected ways.
