In the laid-back Hanasaki Detective Agency, young and ambitious Kotaro eagerly begins his career as a private investigator. However, he soon discovers that the agency's unorthodox team, led by the enigmatic and beautiful Hanasaki, spends most of their time idling and indulging in leisure activities. Despite the agency's lack of serious cases, Kotaro is determined to learn as much as he can, but the unprofessional work atmosphere makes it a challenging task. As he struggles to find his place, Kotaro starts to uncover the hidden potential of his colleagues, revealing a more promising future for the agency.
