In the modern world, the spirit of Jeanne d' Arc has been reincarnated in the form of Kusakabe Maron, a high school girl with a secret. By night, she transforms into the thief Jeanne, working with the angel Fin Fish to seal the demons that reside in pieces of artwork. These malevolent entities prey upon the weak hearts of their owners, and Maron's mission is to rid the world of them. However, her nocturnal activities are often misinterpreted, and she is branded a thief due to the artworks' sudden disappearance. As she navigates her double life, Maron faces new challenges with the arrival of a rival, the cunning thief Sinbad, and her own best friend, who is also the daughter of a detective determined to capture her. With the stakes higher than ever, Maron must maintain her secret identity and protect the innocent while battling the forces of darkness.
