In the Star Century year 0165, humanity has formed the Galactic Union to maintain peace and stability among the stars, but conflicts between members persist. To address these issues, the Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs (GOTT) was established, utilizing the advanced ES taskforce to enforce order. Eclair and Lumiere, two low-ranking ES members, carry out missions for GOTT, but as they explore the galaxy, they begin to uncover secrets that challenge their understanding of the organization, the Galactic Union, and even their own identities.
