Kingyo Chuuihou!

Chitose Fujinomiya, a girl who has experienced a dramatic reversal of fortune, remains a snob despite her changed circumstances. Following her wealthy father's death, Chitose is left with significant debts and is forced to leave the prestigious Tokai no Gakuen, or City Academy. With nothing but the clothes on her back and a pink goldfish named Gyopi-chan, a memento from her father, Chitose finds herself lost and alone. She eventually collapses on the grounds of Inaka no Chugakko, a humble country junior high school, where the students are friendly but rough around the edges, and farm animals frequently roam the school grounds and even attend classes. As Chitose recovers and begins attending the school, she struggles to adjust to the stark contrast between her former life of luxury and her new surroundings, which are marked by poverty and simplicity.
