Yukari is a model student who lives by her parents' rules and attends school every day. However, when she encounters the Paradise Kiss fashion design group, she begins to question her life. The group, who are struggling to find a model for their fashion show, see Yukari's potential and ask her to join them. Initially hesitant, Yukari eventually warms up to the group's eccentricities and becomes inspired by their passion and enthusiasm. As she becomes more involved with Paradise Kiss, she discovers a new sense of purpose and begins to pursue her own dreams. Meanwhile, she also develops feelings for George, the group's leader.
