This season marks a pivotal moment in the Sailor Moon story as the Sailor Senshi face a new adversary, the Death Busters, who seek to rule the world in the era known as the Silence. Led by Rei's premonition, the Death Busters aim to gather the three Talismans necessary to summon the Holy Grail. Meanwhile, two enigmatic Sailor Senshi, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune, secretly strive to claim the Talismans on their own, without the assistance of Sailor Moon.
