Ryouma Echizen, a tennis prodigy, returns to Japan to dominate the country's tennis scene. He enrolls in Seishun Academy, home to one of Japan's top middle school tennis teams. As a freshman, Ryouma catches the captain's eye and earns a spot on the starting lineup in the intra-school ranking matches. With his exceptional skills and determination, he earns the acceptance of the rest of the Seishun Boys' Tennis Team. Together, they aim to qualify for the National Tournament and claim the coveted title. However, their path is fraught with strong schools, each with their own unique tennis styles and motivations. To achieve their goal, Ryouma and his teammates must learn to cooperate and work together to overcome the challenges ahead.
