To Heart: Remember My Memories

Hiroyuki and Akari, now 12th-graders, are facing a familiar yet unfamiliar reality as they navigate their next stage of life. Their lives have undergone changes, both physically and mentally, but the most striking alteration is the return of their beloved android friend Multi to their campus. However, upon her reappearance, Multi is no longer the same companion they once knew. As they struggle to cope with this new development, they must confront the consequences of the passage of time and the transformation of those around them.
