Viewtiful Joe

Based on a world where movie characters are real, "Movie Land" is a realm where the evil syndicate Jado alters movie contents to suit their own agenda, using the modified films to manipulate people in the real world. In the midst of a screening of the hero movie "Captain Blue," Joe's girlfriend Silvia is kidnapped by Jado and taken into the screen. To rescue her, Joe transforms into a superhero and enters the world of "Movie Land" to battle against Jado and their minions.
