Kazamatsuri Shou has always dreamed of becoming a professional soccer player, but he has one major obstacle: his lack of skill. Despite being accepted into the prestigious Musashi no Mori Junior High, known for its elite soccer team, he never managed to rise beyond being a third-string player. However, when he transfers to Sakura Jousui Junior High, Shou finally gets the chance to play soccer regularly. With the help of his new friends and teammates, his unwavering determination, and a tremendous amount of hard work, his soccer abilities begin to flourish, setting him on a path to achieving his long-held goal of becoming a professional soccer player.
