In a world where supernatural forces are a reality, Tadahiro Amatsu, a young man with mismatched eyes, becomes the target of the masked sorcerer Ayatara Miramune and his demonic followers. To counter the growing demonic threat, Yuzu Hieda, a novice priestess, recruits four other high school girls to join her in a training program. Under the guidance of Yuzu's older sister, Kurako, the five young priestesses embark on a journey to master their abilities and confront the darkness that threatens their town.
