The Super Porter

Wu Tianlin, an ordinary young man from the rural outskirts of Beijing, finds his life upended by the sudden death of his parents. Forced to abandon his studies, he returns to his village to support his two younger sisters. Having never performed farm labor before, Wu Tianlin is driven by desperation to venture into the mountains in search of food. During this perilous expedition, he is charged by a wild boar and knocked off a cliff. However, this near-fatal accident grants him an extraordinary ability: the power to travel freely between 1959 and 2019. Leveraging this unique connection across time, Wu Tianlin embarks on a new path as a porter between two worlds.
