Delta: Go tell my sworn brother

A college student on the verge of expulsion stumbles upon a multi-purpose hormone gun. Facing the Three Great Dams? One shot to Said turns him into an instant ally. Aerospace Corporation recognizes its big brother? A single injection grants that brother over a dozen buffs—go on, big brother, you've been upgraded. Tide Prison cornered? Shoot the warden, and his strength soars. Gherros swears, "This time, I won't betray you." Then, what about giving Mai Xiaowen a shrinking needle? A beep confirms activation, yielding a loli version of Mai Xiaowen. Next comes young Demoulins, then loli Luna, then loli Butterfly. Enough, enough—let's just stick to electricity.
