Tokyo Agent: Taking in a Troubled Girl

Meet Asuka Honoka, a trainee entertainer with absolute pitch, mastery in guitar and dance, and an unexpected talent for scolding—but zero professional experience. Her burning wish is to claim the number one spot at Nakajima Agency. Yet her sharp tongue constantly teeters on disaster. When a fan makes a request, her agent has to step in: “Honoka, even if it’s a fan, don’t say that kind of thing.” She barely catches herself, biting back the insult and forcing out a respectful, “Ah, no problem, Nakajima-sensei!” But Honoka is only the first of many. Tokyo’s top talent agent soon discovers that every aspiring candidate who walks through his door is more troublesome than the last. A runaway girl with deep-rooted issues, a lost and wealthy young widow, a legal adult who looks like a child and struggles with bipolar disorder—his cramped little apartment is bursting at the seams. With a completed 1.2-million-word witch series already under his belt, the author promises reliable updates, so readers can dive in without worry.
