Daa! Daa! Daa!

Miyu, an eighth-grade girl, finds herself left behind when her parents embark on a one-year-long project for NASA in America. She is placed under the care of Mr. Saionji, but her situation becomes increasingly complicated when he departs for a year-long trip to India, leaving her in the company of his son, Kanata. The situation takes a further turn when an alien baby and its babysitter pet crash-land in their house, and to everyone's surprise, the alien infant begins to refer to Miyu and Kanata as its parents. As if that were not enough, the alien child also exhibits extraordinary psychic abilities and the ability to defy gravity by floating.
