Aa Shihonshugi no Aku no Hana wa Itsu Made Sakihokoru no ka.

In the turbulent twilight of prewar Japan, the fiery words of an anarchist poet were reduced to cinders—his manuscripts banned, his body broken by imprisonment and torture. But when the war ended in defeat, the same man who once railed against authority underwent a stunning metamorphosis, emerging from the ashes not as a revolutionary, but as a capitalist. His vanished verses, however, refused to stay silent. They became phantom echoes, belonging to the voiceless souls who disappeared in the chasm between two eras, their whispers still trapped in the murky depths of the Kurayami Kaikan, a building where history and memory have slowly drowned. Beneath this ominous edifice, the past festers, submerged and waiting. Drawn by separate obsessions, three individuals descend into its shadowy basement: Saki, a librarian haunted by a supernatural mystery lurking within the archives; Shun, a meticulous records clerk chasing rumors of a fabled treasure buried in the building's forgotten depths; and Seira, a bartender yearning to shed her current life and be reborn into something else entirely. Their paths, each fueled by a distinct desire, begin to converge in the gloom. As they navigate the decaying corridors and dusty shelves, their disparate quests intertwine, pulling them inexorably toward a single, enigmatic artifact: the very poetry collection that was supposed to have been erased from history. What they uncover in their search for answers, fortune, or transformation is a revelation far darker than any of them anticipated—a connection to the anarchist’s lost soul and the silent screams of a generation that the world chose to forget.
