Kidou Senshi Gundam: Senkou no Hathaway

The year is Universal Century 0105. Decades of domination by the Earth Federation have bred widespread corruption and complacency, and from the shadows rises a radical answer to the stagnation: the clandestine organization known as Mafty. Proclaiming a brutal crusade of "purification," Mafty wages a relentless terror campaign, systematically eliminating high-ranking Federation officials who embody the government’s decay. Yet beneath the mask of this revolutionary movement lies a staggering revelation—its charismatic leader, Mafty Navue Erin, is none other than Hathaway Noa. He is the son of the legendary Federation captain Bright Noa, and a soul forever haunted by his own tragic past: the young man who, in the chaos of Char’s Rebellion, took the life of the girl he loved, Quess Paraya, with his own hands. Driven by guilt and a desperate conviction to alter the course of humanity, Hathaway walks a razor's edge between avenging angel and hunted terrorist. As his shadow war against the Federation escalates, he must grapple with the crushing weight of his lineage, the ghosts of his adolescence, and the unforgiving moral calculus of sacrificing the few to save the many. This gripping saga, originally penned as a direct sequel to Yoshiyuki Tomino’s *Beltorchika’s Children*, is masterfully translated into the visual medium by manga artist Sabishi Uroaki, continuing the narrative threads of his prior adaptation. *Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway's Flash* is not merely a story of mobile suit combat, but a poignant and turbulent character study of a man seeking redemption in a world that refuses to forgive.
