Sono Monban, Saikyou Nitsuki: Tsuihou Sareta Bougyo Ryoku 9999 no Senshi, Outo no Monban Toshite Musou suru

Sieg has always been the unshakable cornerstone of his adventuring party—a vanguard whose unparalleled defensive capabilities allowed him to draw every monster's aggression onto himself, shielding his allies from harm. Yet his selfless dedication went entirely unnoticed by his party leader, a man obsessed with raw offensive power who saw Sieg's role as nothing more than passive cowardice. Misjudging his intentions and undervaluing his contributions, the leader summarily expelled him from the group. The consequences were immediate and devastating: stripped of their immovable shield, the party found themselves unable to complete even the simplest quests, their once-reliable track record crumbling into a string of humiliating failures. Fate, however, had different plans for the forsaken defender. Sieg soon secured a position as a gatekeeper in the Royal Capital, a humble post that proved to be the perfect stage for his extraordinary talents. His near-invincible resilience did not go unnoticed for long; he rose through the ranks with startling speed, earning a promotion to division captain. In his new role, he found himself commanding an unconventional squadron: a carefree swordswoman with a brazen personality and ample confidence, a perplexingly eccentric girl with a penchant for the bizarre, and an archer whose temperament shifted as unpredictably as the wind. Despite their peculiarities, Sieg and his unlikely team began to forge genuine bonds, steadily earning the trust and admiration of the capital's citizens—proving that true strength lies not in the power to strike down, but in the resolve to stand firm for others.
