Invaders of the Rokujouma!?

For most students, securing affordable housing is a challenge, but for the perpetually penniless Koutarou Satomi, it is a near-impossible feat. With a monthly budget that barely covers a few meals, he stumbles upon an unlikely salvation: Room 106 of the Corona Apartments. The rent is exactly zero yen, a figure that seems too good to be true—because it is. The room carries a notorious reputation as a cursed dwelling, haunted by the restless spirit of a young girl. Desperate and with no other options, Koutarou moves in, fully aware that he is trading financial ruin for supernatural torment. However, the ghostly inhabitant is far from the terrifying specter of urban legend. She is a petite, cute girl whose attempts at fright are more endearing than horrifying, sparking a bizarre daily war of attrition between the impoverished tenant and his ethereal roommate. As if fending off a persistent poltergeist weren't enough, Koutarou finds his chaotic new life invaded from all sides. His overly curious neighbors constantly pry into his affairs, while a self-proclaimed magical girl swoops in with grand delusions of heroism, convinced that he needs rescuing from forces she barely understands. Caught between ectoplasmic pranks, nosy onlookers, and an uninvited savior in a frilly costume, Koutarou's struggle for survival has transformed from a simple battle against poverty into a full-blown comedy of errors where the only thing more haunted than his room is his sanity.
