Youkai Tanteidan

Patients have been vanishing, one by one, from the wards of a mental hospital—and the truth behind the disappearances is stranger than anyone could imagine. The culprits are the Yokai Club, a secret society of ghosts, monsters, and psychopaths who share one thing in common: they were all shunned by ordinary society. Presided over by Drome, a sinister wizard from Arabia, the club spirits patients out of the hospital and welcomes them as new members. Ken-chan, the nephew of hospital director Mr. Mustachio, sneaks into the club's ranks and uncovers their terrifying ambition—to drive every person on Earth completely insane. Escaping with this knowledge, he crosses paths with Sachiko Sarutobi, the very girl the club is hunting, and reveals the danger she faces. Sachiko, it turns out, carries an unusual constitution passed down from her ancestors, one that grants her mastery of ninjutsu. As the Yokai Club unleashes a string of incidents that spread madness across the world, Drome's corrupting influence reaches even Mr. Mustachio himself. Just when all seems lost, Sachiko steps forward—and a spectacular showdown erupts between her ninjutsu and the wizard's dark magic.
