Gantz: Second Stage

In the aftermath of their first two encounters with Gantz, Kurono Kei and his classmate Kato Masaru have grown accustomed to the brutal reality of the unknown black sphere's demands. They have survived exploding body parts, desperate struggles to stay alive, and the tragic loss of comrades amidst a sea of blood and gore. Now, as they face the possibility of another confrontation with aliens at any moment, Kato must confront whether his experiences in the Gantz world will translate to the same courage in his everyday life. Meanwhile, the presence of fellow Gantzer Kei Kishimoto, who has taken up residence at Kurono's home as an "adopted pet", threatens to complicate their relationships and stir long-dormant desires.
