Ouritsu Mahou Gakuen no Saikasei: Hikongai Agari no Saikyou Mahoushi, Kizoku Darake no Gakuen de Musou Suru

Magic is a sacred art, a mysterious gift said to belong only to those chosen to wield it. Yet in the depths of the slums, a young boy named Arus makes a startling discovery—this divine privilege has awakened within him, granting him power he was never meant to possess. His extraordinary talent does not stay hidden for long. A sorcerer known as Genos Willzard learns of the boy's gift and takes him in, raising him with a singular purpose in mind. Under Genos's relentless guidance, Arus is forged into a peerless assassin, his lethal skills and magical prowess honed until he stands unmatched in the underworld. Then his master issues a new directive—one that will pull him out of the shadows and onto an entirely different battlefield: enroll at the Magic Academy. For a slum-born assassin who knows nothing of high society, entering an elite institution brimming with arrogant nobility promises to be the most dangerous mission of his life.
