Ouchi de Koi ga Matteru

For Ui, a third-year high school student buried under the weight of university entrance exams, an unexpected twist of fate offers a brief respite from the pressure. Forced to relocate, she finds herself moving into the modest home of distant relatives. Her new living situation introduces her to a warm and caring grandmother and her grandson, Rintaro. As a first-year high schooler, Rintaro tries to maintain a cool and aloof exterior, yet his true nature is that of a devoted, gentle soul who dotes on his grandmother, a secret he guards carefully. Under this shared roof, their daily lives begin to intertwine in ways neither anticipated. The quiet, steady rhythm of the household stirs an unfamiliar warmth within Ui's heart. For Rintaro, who is used to his quiet routine, Ui’s presence is a refreshing, if chaotic, force. Her earnest yet carefree personality begins to unravel his defenses, making him increasingly aware of her every gesture and smile. As their mutual feelings grow, what starts as a temporary arrangement begins to feel like something much more permanent, hinting at a love story unfolding in the most unexpected of homes.
