Shokuryou Kyoushitsu

One night, high school student Shou Uraya bears witness to a nightmare made flesh: a grotesque creature, hunched over in the shadows, methodically devouring another person. Horror paralyses him as the beast's gaze locks onto his, and the world fades to black, certain he's about to become the next victim. Yet, Shou awakens the following morning in the safety of his own bed, the terrifying memory already feeling like a half-remembered fever dream. He clings to the fragile hope that it was all a terrible hallucination, a trick of the night's dark imagination. That hope is brutally shattered the moment he steps into his classroom. A single, ominous piece of paper is taped to the blackboard, bearing a chilling proclamation: a man-eating monster is hiding among them, disguised as one of their own. The declaration turns their ordinary school life into a claustrophobic game of paranoia and suspicion. As his classmates begin to vanish one by one, each disappearance a stark reminder of the predator in their midst, Shou is forced to confront the impossible. With fear threatening to tear the group apart and the creature's appetite far from satisfied, he and his remaining peers are thrown into a desperate race against time. They must unmask the monster's true identity and uncover the horrifying truth behind its existence, or else become the next course in its relentless feast.
