American Comics: Homelander Raised by Doraemon

Doraemon has no idea how he ended up in this strange world, but to keep from starving, he spends his days washing dishes at a seedy restaurant and sending out job applications. An interview invitation from the world-famous Vought Corporation finally seems to change his fortunes. Believing he can at last return to his original line of work, he shows up for his first day—only to immediately want to run away. Staring at the three-year-old Homelander, who is being ordered around to use his superpowers for others' benefit, Doraemon lets out a shriek of outrage. A child should be allowed to act like a child. He resolves to take young "Azu" and leave, but penniless and utterly ignorant of this world, he has nowhere to go. If only they could reach a world with real superheroes. Then it strikes him—the If-Phone Booth! ... In 1980, Kansas is hit by a once-in-a-century green meteor shower. A month earlier, an earless cat and an eight-year-old boy moved into the farm next door to Smallville. And as it happens, the beautiful meteor shower is just days away.
