At the height of the entertainment industry, Jae-Gyu has spent years living under relentless scrutiny. For every admirer who praises his performances, there seems to be someone else spinning poisonous rumors about him. Worn down by life in the public eye, the celebrated actor has perfected the art of keeping everyone at arm's length. Everything changes when he crosses paths with his neighbor, Cheong-Rok, a counselor at a psychiatry office. Unlike the rest of the world, Cheong-Rok has no idea who Jae-Gyu is and treats him exactly as he would anyone else. Accustomed to being either idolized or torn apart, Jae-Gyu is captivated by this refreshing indifference, and soon finds himself drawn to the one man completely unmoved by his fame. Yet for all his years in front of the camera, Jae-Gyu has never once experienced romance—not even one performed from a script. Now, with a genuine chance at love standing before him, one question remains: is he finally ready for the real thing?
