The Male Escort and the Son of Nobility Who Loves Him

Kichiro Wakamiya has never wanted for anything. Born into wealth, he floats through life with the unearned ease of a young man whose biggest concern is finding the perfect birthday gift for his grandmother—a task that leads him to take on a part-time job, not out of necessity, but out of affection. He has always considered himself ordinary, even indifferent to romance, until the moment he is abruptly knocked to the ground by a stranger fleeing the scene of a mishap. That stranger is Natsuo, a strikingly beautiful male escort whose world could not be further from Kichiro’s sheltered existence. To apologize for the collision, Natsuo offers Kichiro a single night of his exclusive company—a professional gesture meant to settle the debt and close the matter. Yet what begins as an awkward transaction lingers in Kichiro’s mind long after dawn breaks. For the first time, he has looked at someone and felt truly captivated, not by status or convenience, but by an inexplicable pull he cannot name. The memory of that brief encounter haunts him, upending his once-clear sense of self. Driven by a restless yearning he barely understands, Kichiro abandons his comfortable routine to search for Natsuo in the city’s glittering underbelly, where affection is bought and sold by the hour. But finding the escort again is only the first challenge; bridging the chasm between their lives—the naive heir and the hardened professional—may prove far more impossible. What Kichiro mistakes for a simple pursuit of beauty quickly becomes a collision of two worlds, forcing him to question whether his feelings are genuine or merely the fantasy of a boy who has never known rejection.
