Tottemo Yasashii Amae-chan!

In the cutthroat world of serialized manga, where deadlines loom and readership polls dictate survival, one artist finds himself perpetually on the brink of failure. Burdened by a string of cancellations and the crushing weight of his own inadequacy, he has grown accustomed to wearing the label of a disappointment—a creator whose pen seems incapable of producing anything worthy of acclaim. The blank pages before him are a daily reminder of his shortcomings, and the future of his career flickers dimly in the shadow of more talented peers. Yet, within this bleak landscape of rejected drafts and self-doubt, there exists a single, radiant exception: Amae-chan. She is the very embodiment of warmth and gentleness, a figure whose tender nature and unwavering sweetness offer him a solace he cannot find anywhere else. Every kind word from her, every soft gesture, has the power to dissolve the bitterness of professional rejection and soothe the sting of his wounded pride. It is her quiet, unassuming presence that anchors him, transforming despair into determination. Though he may be the industry's perennial underdog, her kindness has become his lifeline. As long as she remains by his side, offering her gentle encouragement, he finds the courage to pick up his pen once more—not for the sake of success, but for the simple joy she brings to his otherwise troubled heart.
