Genshi Shounen Ryuu

In a prehistoric world, a pale-skinned infant is born into a tribe where his appearance sets him apart from all others. Rejected and ostracized from the very beginning, he is abandoned and left to fend for himself. Eventually, a great ape named Kitty finds the helpless child and takes him in, raising him as her own. The boy, named Ryuu, grows into a kind and honorable young man. But his life takes a tragic turn when Kitty is viciously attacked and killed by a fearsome creature known as Tirano. Driven by a burning desire for vengeance and a longing to uncover the truth about his birth mother, Ryuu sets out on a solitary journey. Along the way, he encounters the siblings Ran and Don, and together, the three companions face countless trials and adversities as Ryuu continues his quest.
