Summary

Official Details
Kusanagi Naoya's childhood was marked by loss from the very start. With his mother taken from him at a young age and his father—a painter who roamed the world in pursuit of his art—rarely present, the boy had only one person to lean on: his close friend Misakura Rin. She was his sole comfort amid the grief, but even that solace proved fleeting, as Rin moved away while they were still in elementary school, leaving Naoya to face his loneliness alone. The wounds of his childhood shaped the person he became. By the time he reached high school, Naoya had grown cold and guarded, a boy of steel who kept everyone at arm's length. Then fate dealt him another crushing blow: the death of his father. For someone who already struggled to open his heart to others, the loss threatened to push him past the point of return. Just as Naoya's world seemed destined to collapse into isolation, a new transfer student arrives in his class—perhaps the first faint light in a life long shrouded by sorrow.
