The Shy Snow Woman and the Cursed Ring

An unassuming landlord's ordinary life takes a startling turn when he stumbles upon a mysterious ring—one imbued with an extraordinary power: the ability to command yokai, the supernatural beings that dwell hidden within the human world. For a man whose days are filled with the routine concerns of managing a property, the discovery of such a relic is anything but trivial. Among the tenants of his apartment building lives a breathtakingly beautiful snow woman, a spirit of frost and winter residing quietly behind one of the unit doors. Armed with his newfound prize, the landlord turns the ring's power upon her, and the elegant yokai soon finds herself bound to the will of the very man who manages her home. With a supernatural tenant now under his control, the careful boundary between the mundane world of leases and rent and the hidden realm of spirits begins to blur, setting the stage for a most peculiar relationship between a mortal landlord and the otherworldly woman living under his roof.
