Arisue Sei is a young boy living a quiet, unassuming life with his mother on a remote island off the coast of Okinawa. His mother is a reserved woman who deeply fears drawing attention to herself, and she has carefully cultivated a peaceful existence for them away from the eyes of the outside world. For a time, their secluded life together is genuinely happy, shielded from whatever shadows may linger in their past. However, this fragile tranquility is violently shattered when a group of mysterious men arrives on the island. In a sudden and brutal attack, Sei's mother is murdered before his eyes, leaving him entirely alone. Rather than simply leaving him behind, the attackers take the young boy captive, dragging him away from the only home he has ever known. As Sei finds himself thrust into a terrifying ordeal orchestrated by unknown assailants, a chilling question emerges: what hidden secret does he possess that could drive strangers to such extreme violence?
