Metropolis

In the city of Metropolis, a world of humans and robots coexists amidst severe social structures and prejudice, fueled by unrest and escalating violence. A Japanese detective, Shunsaku Ban, and his nephew Kenichi arrive in search of the scientist Dr. Laughton, accused of violating human rights by trading organs. Their investigation leads to the discovery of a mysterious girl with no memory of her past life, prompting Kenichi to help her escape. As Kenichi and the girl evade those hunting her, the dark underbelly of Metropolis is exposed, and the true intentions of Duke Red, the city's enigmatic ruler, are revealed, tied to the girl's identity and the struggle for control of Metropolis.
