A catastrophic accident at Fieldwar Labs unleashes a synthetic pathogen known as the K virus into the bustling heart of Tokyo. The devastating outbreak rapidly transforms the metropolis into a nightmarish landscape overrun by flesh-eating zombies, leaving civilization in ruins and humanity on the brink of total extinction. As the infected swarm the streets, only a handful of survivors remain trapped within the fallen city. In a desperate bid to protect these last remnants of humanity, a specialized organization called Madara initiates a final rescue operation.
