In a world of vaccines and magic, Ungrar, the King of Viruses, has escaped from his prison cell in Vaccine World, prompting Maya, the Goddess of Vaccine World, to send Mugimaru to Earth in search of a human to accept the powers of Vaccine World and become the Magical Nurse. Komugi Nakahara, a playful and laid-back teenager with a passion for cosplay, is recruited for the role after proving herself the most willing and capable candidate. As Komugi balances her career as a cosplayer with her new job battling Ungrar's loyal henchman, Magical Maid Koyori, she must also navigate her dual identities and desires, all while keeping her fans delighted in this lighthearted parody anime series.
