Driven by his deep affection for his childhood friend Minamo, Kei works tirelessly to gain admission to the prestigious Kougaoka Academy. Upon successfully enrolling, the two are assigned together to serve on the school's public morals committee. Kei finally sees an opportunity to confess his true feelings, but his hopes are instantly dashed when he discovers that the academy strictly enforces a no-dating policy. With his dreams of a happy romance seemingly ruined, Kei struggles to keep his emotions in check. His internal conflict does not go unnoticed. Kei is soon summoned to a private meeting with Ren, the stunning leader of the public morals committee, and her two captivating subordinates. They are fully aware of his forbidden desires and refuse to tolerate a potential rule-breaker within their ranks. However, Kei understands that suppressing his intense feelings for Minamo will only cause them to build up until they inevitably explode. To prevent a scandal, the committee's enforcers step in to personally quell his urges.
