Kirika Hijiribashi holds a position of extraordinary responsibility within her high school. As the Executive Committee Treasurer, she is entrusted with managing the Student Council’s staggering budget of 800 million yen. However, financial oversight is only one facet of her role. Among the entire committee, Kirika alone carries an additional, highly unusual title: Student Council Detective. In this capacity, she possesses a remarkable talent for unraveling bizarre and perplexing cases, consistently sniffing out brilliant solutions where others see only dead ends. The arrival of transfer student Hikage Makimura introduces a new dynamic to the council's operations. Shortly after enrolling at the high school, Hikage finds himself unexpectedly swept into the world of student government through a clever deception. Rather than simply joining as a standard member, he is specifically assigned to serve as Kirika’s personal assistant. Thrust into a role he never anticipated, Hikage must now navigate the eccentricities of his brilliant superior while helping her tackle the strange mysteries that continually arise within their school.
