Heart Stop

Keiichi is employed at a distinctive cafe renowned for its exceptionally handsome waitstaff. While his daily routine at the establishment seems ordinary enough, his evenings have recently taken an unsettling turn. On his walks home from work, he cannot shake the persistent feeling that someone is quietly trailing him through the streets. The lingering presence grows impossible to ignore, leaving Keiichi on edge every time his shift ends and he steps out into the night. Determined to put an end to the anxiety, Keiichi finally decides to confront his mysterious pursuer directly. To his surprise, the stalker turns out to be Michiyuki, an art school student who has been exhibiting his artwork at the very same cafe where Keiichi works. Rather than harboring malicious intent, Michiyuki’s reasons for following him prove entirely unexpected. When Keiichi demands to know why he has been shadowing him after hours, Michiyuki offers a response so astonishing that it completely leaves Keiichi speechless, forever altering the dynamic between the two men.
