Blue Spring Ride

Yoshioka Futaba enters high school determined to completely reinvent herself after a painful middle school experience. Ostracized by female classmates who envied her natural charm, she also lost the chance to confess her feelings to Tanaka-kun due to an unfortunate misunderstanding. To avoid repeating this social isolation, Futaba deliberately cultivates an unladylike persona, believing that suppressing her femininity will protect her from jealousy and allow her to maintain stable friendships. She manages to live contentedly within this carefully constructed facade until her past unexpectedly resurfaces in the form of a familiar face. Her carefully planned new life is disrupted when she reunites with the boy she never stopped loving, only to discover he now goes by the name Mabuchi Kou. Although he confirms that he once shared her feelings, he insists that the connection they might have had is no longer possible, leaving Futaba to grapple with a bittersweet revelation. Now she must navigate the complex emotional landscape between them, wondering if there is any way to revive a romance that was derailed three years ago before it ever truly began.
