Kare no Satsujin Keikaku

From the creator of Bokurano and Shadow Star comes a chilling one-shot that explores the dark psychology of an otherwise unremarkable high school student who begins meticulously planning a murder. Rather than acting on impulse, the protagonist approaches this sinister endeavor with calculated deliberation, treating the crime as a complex problem to be solved through careful analysis and strategic forethought. The narrative delves into the disturbing rationality behind his actions, examining how an ordinary individual can become consumed by such an extraordinary and malevolent fixation. As the plan takes shape, the student grapples with fundamental questions about victim selection and methodological execution, weighing moral boundaries against his own twisted logic. Each decision reflects a deeper exploration of his internal landscape, revealing the unsettling intersection between mundane adolescence and lethal intent. The story builds tension not through graphic violence, but through the psychological weight of premeditation, forcing readers to confront the uncomfortable reality of how evil can emerge from seemingly normal circumstances. This compact yet profound work showcases the author’s signature ability to blend existential dread with intimate character study, resulting in a haunting examination of human darkness disguised as teenage routine.
