Muv-Luv

Based on the original visual novel series, Muv-Luv follows Takeru Shirogane, an ordinary high school student with a laid-back attitude and a deep passion for Valgern-on, a virtual reality mecha combat game. Despite his lack of ambition, Takeru is surprisingly popular at school—a status largely driven by his daily brawls with his childhood friend, Sumika, which inevitably draw unwanted attention from their classmates. His unremarkable routine takes a sudden and dramatic turn one morning when he wakes up to find a mysterious girl named Meiya sleeping in his bed, despite having no memory of ever meeting her. It is soon revealed that Meiya is the heiress to one of the world's most powerful corporate conglomerates. Without hesitation, she moves into Takeru’s home, determined to reshape his life for the better. Armed with boundless financial resources and an unwavering, single-minded focus, Meiya begins to transform his everyday existence, pulling him into a new reality far removed from his lazy habits and video games.
