The Man Next Door Who Kills Me

“What? You think I like you? Where did this all go wrong?” For Yeon-Hui, moving out to live alone for the first time was supposed to be an exciting new chapter. Instead, her very first day of the semester quickly spirals into chaos when she crosses paths with Kim Jun, an intimidating young man who looks more like a bully than a classmate. After a terrifying misunderstanding in which he accuses her of stalking him—leaving her feeling as though she barely escaped with her life—Yeon-Hui desperately prays she will never have to see his hostile face again. Fate, however, has a cruel sense of humor. Not only does Kim Jun turn out to attend the same school and join the exact same club, but he also moves into the apartment right next door to hers. Living beside someone who constantly glares at her as if he wants to kill her leaves Yeon-Hui exhausted and perpetually on edge. Just when she believes her daily life cannot get any more stressful, the menacing neighbor suddenly shifts his attitude entirely. Without warning, the once-threatening Kim Jun begins acting differently, unexpectedly trying to get closer to her and turning her chaotic solo living experience into something far more heart-pounding than she ever anticipated.
